Standard IT Support
TipTop PC provides professional IT support services for Windows-based desktops and Windows- and Linux-based servers without the costs of having a full-time IT technician in-house. This service is perfect for companies who acknowledge their growing reliance on IT equipment but are not large enough to justify the costs of a full-time IT employee - let alone have a sufficiently large IT requirement to keep that employee busy all the time.
Standby IT Support means that whenever an IT problem arises there is someone available to manage the issue to resolution whether by guiding the end user, accessing the computer remotely, or as a last resort through an on-site visit*.
Clients receive preferential treatment over non-contracted clients and can expect the following quality of service as standard:
- Unlimited remote & telephone technical support for desktops and servers from experienced engineers
- Available 9am-6pm Monday to Friday
- 80% of problems usually resolved remotely and within 1 hour of pick-up
- A rapid response: the initial assessment and handling of the problem will be made within 4 hours of the call being logged
- Troubleshooting and resolution of most email-related problems for common email clients (eg: Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird and The Bat)
* On-site visits under this agreement are billed per hour at a 10% discount from standard, non-contract rates.
