A fully integrated, outsourced IT solution for clients who are heavily reliant on their IT infrastructure and demand the maximum quality service at a moments notice. Aside from the 9am-6pm emergency support availability and monthly proactive security management, Fully Managed clients effectively have their own systems administrator who operates remotely with the occasional on-site visit.*

A key principle of the Fully Managed IT Support service is uncovering and resolving potential IT problems before you report it to us! This means that we generate an engaged and collaborative relationship between our engineers and your company - by knowing and understanding your business present and future demands on IT infrastructure, we can pre-empt bottlenecks, single-points of failure and weak points at risk of breakdown or under-performance.

  1. An initial on-site visit to assess the network infrastructure and suggest improvements based on current or projected requirements
  2. Extended support hours - 8am to 7pm
  3. 80% of problems usually resolved remotely and within 1 hour of pick-up
  4. A rapid response: the initial assessment and handling of the problem will be made within 2-4 hours of the call being logged
  5. Remote monitoring of critical servers and services to pre-empt emergency support requests
  6. Quarterly check-ups of all contracted servers and desktops for security updates and patch installation (for Operating System & up to 6 software applications determined at start of agreement)
  7. 2 hours per week of gratis on-site technician time where remote resolution is not possible *
  8. Telephone & email advice and support - including sourcing where possible - when you're considering hardware / software purchases
  9. Twice yearly network infrastructure review to account for company growth and shifting industry norms and regulations
  10. Assistance in hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with licensing & other legal requirements

* First 2 hours on-site visit per week are gratis, thereafter service is billed per hour at a 10% discount from standard, non-contract rates
